We love your little ones, but to help keep the celebration fun and relaxing for all guests, our wedding will be an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding!

Our dress code is formal. We want to provide our guest with a wonderful experience and we want you to look your best for it! If you need a little inspiration for what to wear, more information can be found on the "Dress Code" tab of our website!

If your invitation includes a plus one, please feel free to bring them. If a plus one is not listed, we kindly ask only the individuals listed on your invitation attend so we can accommodate our guest list. If you have a special circumstance (partner, caregiver, or recent plus-one change), email us and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes! We are having a plated dinner service because we want everyone to be able to enjoy their meal at the same time! When you RSVP, please list any dietary restrictions, allergies, or intolerances and we will work with our caterer to accommodate. If we find out your request cannot be accommodated, we will reach out to you.

Our venue's address is 918 Manitou Rd, Hilton, NY 14468. Once you arrive, you'll see signs directing you to the back patio where the ceremony will take place.

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Our reception will take place indoors. The patio will be open all night to allow guests the option to step outside if needed.

Yes! We have a room block at the Rochester Airport Marriott, located at 1890 Ridge Road West, Rochester, NY. This hotel can only block 10 rooms at a time, so if you are unable to book your room, please wait and try again in a few days. Given that both Matt and I have many family and friends coming from out of town, we suspect that the rooms will go quickly, so please make every effort to book early. If the selected hotel is not an option for you, the Hampton Inn located at 500 Center Place Dr Rochester, NY 14615 or the Best Western located at 395 Buell Rd Rochester, NY 14624 are also nearby, however transportation will not be provided to these locations.

For guests within driving distance, there is parking available onsite. In the event that you have a lot of fun (we hope you do!) and cannot drive home, you are able to leave your car overnight in the parking lot and come back the next day after 10am. The parking lot is gated, so your car is secure. If you feel you shouldn't drive, please leave your car and order an uber!

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue. However, if you are staying somewhere other than the selected hotel, transportation will not be provided.
